Return Policy

At our Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the option to return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns of intimate apparel, personal hygiene items, gift cards, or items marked final sale.

Refunds and Exchanges: To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at kiki@wecoosport.com with your order number and reason for return. We will process your return within 7 business days of receiving the item at our warehouse.

If you would like a refund, we will credit the original payment method used. If you would like an exchange, please indicate what item you would like in exchange.

Shipping Cost: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Restocking Fees: There is no restocking fee for returns.
